Help! We have a 40 year old cement floor that was painted with an oil based paint. We painted it with an oil based porch paint. It has been drying for 24 hours but peels very easily. Would it be advisable to paint with a product similar to Kilz, and then paint with the porch paint? Any help will be so much appreciated. Thank You Karel
