Ray, if the incomming power is in the switch box and not the outlet then you have a very easy job as long as you have access to the attic above. If you would like this on two switches you can either take out the single gang box thats there and install a 2 gang, or use a stack switch. If using two switches run a three wire with ground from the switch to the fan, and if using only one swtich use a two wire with ground.
