anything to be aware of when considering a 1880 farm house with a full basement. I understand the basement is not one that would be useful but could be used for emergency situations like bad weather. Is there anything we should evaluate before putting an offer in? It has a boiler system, not original, the electric is not original however, is the wiring in the walls dangerous because of the age of the home? We will have an inspection, but we would like to be informed before we offer. Thank you
