the owner of the house and barn owns 6 acres around the house and told the realtor he only needs to turn on the barn lights to get his tractor out to cut the grass. He cant understand why anyone would have a problem with that!!I dont want to have hard feelings because we will be seeing him and living next to him. How about writing in the contract if he sells barn he has to disconnect the service at no cost or harm to us? Bad idea?
