Jay J-- I have a 5 foot crawlspace on each side of the finished bedrooms and yes the rooms are heated and cooled like the rest of the house. There are wooden floors and no floor in the crawl space. There is a vent on each side of the house near the peak of the roof. The walls and ceiling will be covered with new wallboard when I can figure out where to put the insulation. My husband thinks we should put the insulation from the top of the roof to the bottom and then in the crawlspace--- my son says put it on the ceiling and interior walls and the unfloored crawlspace.
