I have found a bungalow that I would like to buy but it has an aspestos roof. I had heard that aspestos is dangerous. However, it is in good condition. Is it dangerous and could it be a liability to buy such a property. I would consider replacing it with tiles but all the other houses in the terrace have aspestos roofs as well.
