right now is nesting season and you are going to have an awful lot of trouble if you lock the moms out while the babies are left inside.

wait until later in the summer to lock them out, do 3/4ths of the exits one day, then wait until evening when they are out to close the rest.

You're going to get complaints from the bats and it woud be great if you could arrange alternate housing around the property first.
