Alan, I would hie thyself to a commercial plastics store, assuming that the part is plastic. I have no idea what it looks like but am guessing that it is basically just a sheet of frosted plastic. Look in your phone book or search at www.switchboard.com for one near you. Take the old part or parts and pieces in and they should be able to get close to what you need.
