I have read a few posts about wood floors but I am wondering about using a stripping product. There are many on the shelves in stores and it seems easier than renting a lot of equipment. Can anyone tell me why it does not seem to be the preferred method of refinishing wood floors and if I use stripper, is there any danger in leaving the floors bare until ready to poly? I plan to do a little at a time.
