I own a double wide home, I have been living with plastic skirting on the bottom for years and finally I'm feed up. Between the wind and the animals it keeps falling down. I now have replaced all the plastic with texture 111 3/4". I would like to somehow preserve this wood. What type of prep needs to be done, and what do you suggest for a stain.
