SB, so much of the country was affected with flooding that specifics are difficult, but if you let us know where you are, someone may know of a source for surface grinding near you or could tell you how to start looking. I will tell you one thing. The best grinding shops usually look like blacksmith shops on a really bad day and smell worse.
