Antique Toilet Repair

Hi,

I have an antque toilet which has a oakcase with a copper liner. Well the copper liner is leaking.

Is there a product which I could apply to the liner, such as plastic, to coat the whole liner ?? I can't find someone to make a new one in this area. Any help would be appreciated !!!!
