We recently bought a new home & are now attempting to make some repairs before moving in.

One thing we noted is that along the "edges" [where the ceiling & wall meet] in several of the rooms, it appears that the tape under the popcorn ceiling has come unglued.

What is the best way to make a repair to these 'gaps'?
Also, how do we go about this repair?
