I have 2 bathrooms. One, on the water flow faucet, the little handle you pull up or down to use the shower is stuck in the down position; and the other bathroom, it's stuck in the up position. We rent. I need to change out these faucets and reseal the bathroom. I can not get the water flow faucet off the shower wall. A man at HomeDepot said there are 2 types: either you screw it off or it has a allen screw. Mine does not have a allen screw and I can not screw them off. PLEASE HELP. I took a mirror and looked underneath and it has a "U" shaped open area but no screws. "THANK YOU".
