Hello, I have been doing some research on covering our existing concrete patio with pavers. The area is 10' X 20'. I understand that I will need to mortar the pavers to the existing surface.
My question is: Will adding the pavers to the patio add any value to the house? I plan on doing the work myself. I expect the project to cost about $1000 for the material.
This is our first house and we will probably be there another 3-4 years.
