I've read many of the messages & links re removing vinyl asbestos flooring and have learned that it's important to take it out in large pieces then break it into smaller pieces outside. My problem is that while inside the house, I must cut the floor in order to even get the pieces outside. I'm going to make as few cuts as possible, or is there some rule of thumb to follow when this is the case?
