I would get some soap and water and some cleaner and get after removing the mess.
Usually, esp on cars paint, the only area that is damaged by a flying egg is the small circle of chipped paint where the egg hit and began to explode. This will leave a small ring of chipped paint.
Glass is no problem, the siding should just clean up with soap and water.
