I have a 10-12 foot tall painted cinder block wall that surrounds my pool in the back yard. The paint is in good shape but I hate the look of the cinder block wall. I really want to spruce up the wall and eliminate the cinder lines by applying some sort of faux stucco look.However, I live in Texas and need a product that can hold up in the heat and direct sun and I want something fairly easy that I can apply myself. I also would like to find a "one coat" type product that can go directly on the existing paint, I don't want to have to sand blast or do a 4 part process that most stucco products require. Am I asking for too much?? Any ideas??
