since this is not your finish coat, you should be OK. I would lightly sand with 220 before I put on this last coat.
Oil probably saved you. Latex on a home would not stand this effect.
Oil takes a long time to dry, its more ventillation than full sun. Matter of fact, full sun can do more damage in causing the paint to force dry too fast before all the magical things happen with in the paint.
