I've noticed that the walls in our new bungalow's living room still have the original wallpaper, though it has been covered with paint. I'm concerned that the wallpaper was put directly on the plaster walls. How would you recommend we remove this? How much damage could it do to my walls? Are there other alternatives? We can see the "embossed" pattern through the paint...
