Maya, Sure hope you meant columns and not Coleman's-Family members would be alarmed if this became popular!:) Anyway, I think you're asking about Faux finishing. Friends of mine hired someone to do this throughout their home and it looks great! I looked into doing it myself by going to Home Depot and asking questions. Ask if they have a class that will teach you different techniques. If not-the library is a good source. Ours has a "Do it yourself" section in the video department.
