Load bearing walls

Posted by Donna Inkpen on September 5th, 2001 02:33 PM | Watch this Topic

We have a two story house and would like to turn the downstairs, which is now a rec room and bedroom into a larger rec room. It sits directly below the kitchen/dining room and living room. How do we go about finding out if the wall can be removed and what kind of support it will need?
