Looking for project ideas

I have a group of teenagers who travel each year to repair houses... These kids have a very high skill level - I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of projects they can make to sell to raise funds (e.g. - something harder & bigger than a birdhouse, maybe a mulchbox, garden bench, etc...) Anyone have ideas and/or know where to get plans for something that doesn't cost a lot to produce but would cost a lot if someone were to buy it commercially....?
