Hi Donna,

I agree w/the others. I'd consult either an Architect or a Structural Engineer. If you read my follow-ups AND the 'links' in them, you'll see what Carol is refering to. It's not necessarily what I had to say but, rather, what someone else had to say (in addition to my 'advice') that was interesting.
