water shut off valves

Posted by Debora on September 5th, 2001 05:36 PM | Watch this Topic

The sink in our 1/2 bath does not have a shut off valve for the hot water, only the cold. I would like to install one. Is this easy to do or would I need a plumber? Thank you.
