drywall Ceiling Problems

My home is 15 years old. We have 1/2" drywall in the ceilings. Within the past year, we have noticed problems within the ceiling. You can see the impression of the rafters within the drywall. We cannot find any signs of obvious moisture within the attic. Please help!!! This is driving me crazy with worries over how it needs to be prepared. Thanks.
