When considering purchasing homes for "rehab" and investment, what methods are most reliable for costing such jobs as installing new bathrooms and kitchens? Or what source is there for costing related "rehabber" projects such as: refinishing/replacing hardwood floors, installation of central air, window replacements etc.? Any help would be appreciated.
