city septic

Posted by lilk on September 24th, 2001 06:40 PM

We're looking at purchasing an older home (built in 70's) at the outskirts of our city (in city limits) Its on city water but has its own septic system. A new development is going in across the street with city septic and we're concerned we may get a notice and be forced to go on this after the closing date. Im curious how much this might cost and anywhere else I should try to do research on it. Ive been calling around and around city agencies but not getting much of a response.
