As mentioned above, what can be done without reflooring the basement floor with flooring covering, etc, but using a waterproofing paint or similar element to cover the hairline cracks and complete with a painting material. My walls are covered with wood paneling and the outside block walls were properly prepared for water repellent and,with a water trough to catch the water coming in from the walls and is channeled to a sump pump hole area with a sump motor.
