Did you contact the installer? What does he say? And can you describe what you're seeing in a different way?
You see, paneling can be glued to the studs, nailed to the studs, or both at the same time. Buckeling vs. Wharping perhaps? Wharping MAY be due to expansion of the wood due to high humidity. Does this 'thought' ring any bells?
