How to disassemble radiators

I am removing the long-dormant radiators from my home. I have two that are too heavy to load into
my truck. Is there a special tool I can use
to disassemble them? I know that some radiators
have individual sections held together with a long
bolt that runs the length of the unit. Mine however seem to be joined from the inside with
some sort of large threaded fastener.

Has anyone out taken one of these apart?
