The Only Info I Have ... Posted by Jay J -Moderator on September 29th, 2001 02:33 PM In reply to Gutterless rain water diverter by Bob Ferguson on September 29th, 2001 11:26 AM [Go to top of thread]
HI Bob, ... Is to recommend, personally, that you opt for traditional gutters. I admit the idea is novel. However, water droplets falling from 10+ feet in height will still erode the ground below, and NOT 'route' the water away from the foundation. These are the 2 main reasons for installing gutters. IMO, the only way I'd opt for a 'gutterless system' is if I lived where it didn't rain. (If there's such a place, I'm not there.) Others may 'disagree' but that's my opinion. Oh, to answer your question directly, I can say I've seen them but I honestly don't know any companies that make them. You might want to read about Seam or Seamless Gutters. There's a few 'mentions' about gutterless systems so read the entire article for the ENTIRE 'perspective'. I wish you well. My best to ya and hope this helps. Jay J -Moderator PS: God Bless America!
