Yes, you can replace broken siding. Purchase a zip tool for vinyl siding, about $5, from any siding supplier. Slip the curved end of the zip tool at the end of the piece of siding just above the piece you want to remove. Once the zip tool is in place you can zip it loose by dragging the tool to the end of the piece it is hooked into.
