Hey , got a problem. I volunteered to repair some walls in my wifes sunday school class and found concrete and plaster. Someone repaired it before with joint compound, but it did not stay. How can I seal the walls so they will hold mud. One area feels damp,but repair outside is not an option due to tihs spot is 4 ft. beneath asphalt parking lot. Any suggestions?
