Hi, We would like to build a 2800 sq. ft. duplex ourselves. We have about an 80 x 50 foot print to construct the duplex on. We also would like to have both sides be 3 bedroom ranch styles. Can you help us come up with floor plans to go about this project? We are purchasing a duplex lot that is in Morris, IL., so the building would have to meet all updated regulatory standards. We would appreciate any help you can offer. By the way, one side would be approx. 1400 sq. ft. Thanks a ton,
