There`s a industrial strenth toilet acid janitors use in the factories, it`s called P O W and it`s in a red and white bottle. Go somewhere which sells janitorial supplies (not a grocery store they won`t have it) turn off your water and flush the toilet and try to get as much of the extra water out as possible. Trust me, this stuff will do the trick no matter how bad it is.
