No one here can advise you as to the specifics of your problem. Someone would have to be on-site to be able to properly know what to do. Your situation could be serious and could result in structural failure and maybe injury to those in the house. If this happens then your homeowners insurance might not pay if you did not have a building permit and/or structural engineering plans. You need to get an engineer or contractor to look at it as soon as possible.
