I need to build a concrete slab roof on a 6' * 7' blockhouse. Can I use standard 3500psi concrete? (Quickcrete) It will be reinforced with 1/2" rebar every foot in a crisscross pattern.
Or will I have to use an expensive 5000 psi or fiberglass reinforced concrete. Also, how thick should it be?
The blockhouse is a hurricane shelter for an aviary in my yard.
