FAUX "LIGHT WEIGHT" CEILING BEAMS

I am eager to find "light weight" ceiling beams. Possibly they are the polyurethane or some other form of plastic. Some can even be glued up.

I would appreciate any information, idea or a resource where some can be find at a reasonable price.

Your help would be deeply appreciated.
