Please give your opinion to the following with thanks.

A 400V distribution system that provide lighting and power for a 5 km long tunnel. Each DB's load is about 10kW such as red phase:3.8kw, yellow phase:3.8kw and blue phase:3.9kw . The load mainly consists of 22 lighting fitting (36W each), one 60A TPN power socket and 1 SSO for each DB. There will be a series of distribution board to be installed every 100m apart. The tolerance is 6% from the source. What would be the best solution for such application?
