This company is under investigation by the NYS Attorney General's Office in Buffalo. They are in receipt of over 60 complaints. All the same stories, holding money and orders. Contact their office to file your complaint.
They have had my money,nearly $5000.00 for 8 months, and have failed to complete my order. Neal Martin the owner of the company in a conversation with me was laughing about how he had kept people waiting for over a year for their orders.
