Gosh, I'm not sure what to think...We've already signed all of our loan and escrow papers. Escrow is scheduled to close next week. We are seriously considering asking the seller to have it removed. It's more than likely in the vinyl floor as well, but we are simply going to pergo over it. This must be common in older houses. Why haven't we heard more about it before?
