Am I wrong that it is illegal to mess with asbestos by anyone other than certified removers. If it's a lot I don't think I would mess with it ,if we're talking about removing it. I would also make sure the present owners just don't rip it off and leave particles in the air. I welcome your thoughts. Ron J.
