JJ Don't get me wrong. This is a great board, and the people on it are great as well, but my point is if you are not the best versed in a matter, the person asking for help should know that in your reply. You, Steve and many others are a great source of information when someone is in a pickle, which if someone has come here for help on a laminate floor, pergo or any other they they are in a pickle, and if their in a pickle or have a problem and have come for help they will in most cases have nothing good to say. There is no product that is perfect for everyone, and I don't think it is right to draw a conclusion on a product based on responces from people in a pickle. Jim
