Hi Dave, You found an interesting definition for height of a building -- you could be right. But the reason would not be based on the width of a garage. Mid-height in a gable is the same for a narrow garage as for a wide garage. Mid-height changes only when the decking height or gable height is changed. The mystery continues... --Billy
