I've too tried Diff and mixed it myself but the darn wallpaper won't come off. I've applied up to five coats, scored the wallpaper to death (made sure it went through from what I was able to pull off) and have even held a rag over the paper for five minutes straight but nothing! I get some paper off but the bottom layer is still stuck to the wall. I think the people who put up the border actually glued the thing to the wall. Now I've pull away some of the drywall by accident. Is there any alternative method to remove this or do I have to resort to a steamer?
