Now that cool & cold weather is here, every morning there is a band of approx. 1 to 2" wide,of water droplets & moisture on All windows in our house. The windows with inside screens are worse due to the lack of aqir movement.The house is 3 years old and is very air tight !! Putting fans going usually removes moisyure in abouy an hour or so, but it sur is annoying HELP....
