I have a layer of wallpaper on top of another layer of wallpaper that I would like to keep...it seems to peel off fairly easily, but I want to know if there is an easier way to do it without just picking at it. I really want to keep the layer that's underneath without much damage... I've seen that wallpaper remover, but am worried that it'll take both layers off. Any suggestions?
