my house was full of that. i didnt want to use alot of chemicals and found that and old towel wet with hot water did the job to loosen it, then i scraped alot with plastic scrapers so i wouldnt hurt the floor.just lay the towel on the floor and leave it for about 1/2 an hour. it loosened up nicely, yet it was very time consuming
