what you need to do is to attach "nailing boards" or like furing strips to attach to the concrete with a combination of liquid nails and 22 Remington fasteners or drilled in anchors. The nailing boards should be made of hard wood. I would have these boards about 12 inches apart and this is what you would nail your hardwood flooring to. The important thing is to make sure they are attached securely. The combination of glue and fasteners ensure that.
Now, if your considering the pergo or lam flooring, then you must install a sub floor over the concrete. This means a secure complete wooden sub flooring made of thick ply wood.
